We are now copying this report across to our new website so that our members and partners can access the full report. </span> </p> <p> <span> <br/> </span> </p> <p> <span> <span> Please know we haven’t been sitting on this data, we have already fed back to all our professional partners across education, health and social care an executive Summary of the report and are already actively working with them to address issues highlighted. Having said that there are no surprises in the report. An improvement plan was put in place to address improvements needed, highlighted by the Area SEND inspection in January 2023, which we have been actively working on since. You are part of over 135,000 voices nationwide that can make a difference. Mike also looks after all of Warrington’s OT equipment and undertakes Manual Handling Assessments in Schools/Sensory strategies. </span> </p> <p> <span> – Imogen explained that her role includes Assisted Living O/T Children’s and Adult Services. They have different OT’s for children and adults within this service. The service brings equipment such bed rails, bath seats, and other safety equipment to families’ homes. </span> </p> <p> <span> Imogen explained that the referral pathway for the service is via the ‘One Front Door’ telephone number – 01925 443322.
