About this event
This session we will be joined by James Bancroft, Principal Manager Admissions & Commissioning, who will talk through the Home to School Transport Policy for SEND families.
We will also be joined by Rebecca Emery (Designated Clinical Officer for SEND). As part of our ongoing commitment to improving health service experiences for children, young people and adults with SEND, we are proud to announce the launch of the coproduced Warrington and Halton Health and Hospital Passport.
Partners involved in it's coproduction are WarrPac (Warrington Parents and Carer’s Forum), Halton SEND Parent Carer’s Forum, Cheshire and Merseyside ICB, North Cheshire and Mersey NHS Foundation Trust and Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust.
The aim is to help support parents, carers and families, along with the individuals named within the Passport, with safe and improved access to health care services.
Come along and join us for a warm drink to learn more about SEND Transport and Health and Hospital passports.
