About this event
This month's 'Check in and Chat session'. We will be joined by CAMHS, Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust’s Children and Young Peoples Mental Health Services want to listen to what you think about filling in patient reported outcome and feedback measures. We also want to hear how we share information from these with you.
Patient reported outcome measures are the forms that we ask children and their parents (or others), to fill in to help us to understand what is going on in the child’s life right now and how this might change over time. Feedback measures tell us what you thought of our service; you might have filled these in after an appointment.
We want to make sure that these forms ask about the things that are most important to you. We want to make it easy for you to fill them in and get information from them in a way you understand.
