WarrPAC have been asked to share the following consultation by NHS Cheshire and Merseyside

Beyond are working with ISupport and an amazing group of young people to improve children’s experiences of interventions, tests, treatments, examinations and appointments across Cheshire and Merseyside. There is more information on the attached posters and the survey links.

To make sure our work truly meets the needs of children and parents, we’ve launched a super-short consultation survey to hear from families. The aim is to get this survey to as many Children & Young People and Parents & Carers as possible so that we get a high response rate with a wide range of voices.
